Your first appointment includes a full consultation initially to ensure any adjustments if necessary to treat any current issues or injuries providing a safe and effective treatment.
You will be asked to fill out a Massage Client Intake form
All personal details and conditions are strictly confidential between the client and the practise.
Please arrive 10 minutes earlier to discuss your progress and prepare for your treatment.
Please ensure that you are on time as your treatment has been especially reserved for you. Late arrival could result and limit your treatment time to ensure that the next client is not delayed.
Please give a minimum 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Last minute cancellations and no shows will incur A 50% charge of the treatments
booked or your gift voucher will become obsolete.
This is a professional practise and inappropriate behaviour won’t be tolerated.
