I am a qualified Massage & Facial Therapist with 15 years experience in the industry. I have always used natural approaches to health and well-being through healthy diet and exercise. This led to my interest in  treating and helping people heal naturally.

I worked in Sydney for 9 years in a Massage studio at Perfect Potion an Australian company  who create unique, sustainable, certified natural and organic aromatherapy and skin care products. This was a very rewarding experience working and providing different Massage Treatments and Natural Organic Aromatherapy Facial Treatments using their skincare products. In that time I attended their workshops and external courses, training and learning about the preparation and benefits of their various skincare products. Assisting my clients on products selections, I enjoyed seeing the ongoing improvements and positive results in their skin complexions and well-being. I also worked at different Massage Clinics and Beauty Salons based in Sydney and operated my own Mobile Massage Service. Over the years I have helped my clients to manage back, neck and shoulder pain, injury recovery and stress relief.

I am now located at Lisarow ( home based studio ) on the Central Coast. "Indira's Healing Hands" provides a relaxing, calming place to heal and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. I believe in the benefits of Natural Therapies and find nothing more rewarding than helping people reduce stress, anxiety and be free of pain. Indira’s Healing Hands offer a variety of massage and facial therapies tailored to your needs, whether you’re seeking relaxation, pain relief or rejuvenation. I combine and customise my Massage and Facial treatments to suit my client’s needs, helping to
improve their health and well-being.
